  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, leaked, or tampered during delivery.

  • Because honey is a perishable and consumable product, we cannot accept returns once the seal has been broken or the jar has been opened.

  • To qualify for a return or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

When reporting an issue, kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the damaged or defective product
    This helps us verify your claim quickly and arrange a replacement.


๐Ÿ’ฐ 3. Refund or Replacement Options

Once your claim is approved, you can choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement: A new product will be sent at no extra cost.

  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5โ€“7 working days.


๐Ÿšš 4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used honey jars

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage

  • Items returned after the 24-hour window


๐Ÿ• 5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Each Honey Zoo product is freshly packed, quality-checked, and sealed to preserve its natural taste and purity. Slight variations in color, aroma, or texture are natural and not considered defects.
